The Gardens section houses compilation portfolios of flower portraits and extreme closeups (Macros)
from Descanso Gardens and Huntington Gardens; Mountain Flowers from New Mexico and Utah; a page
with compiled flower portraits and garden scenics with both flower and insect macros; two compilations of
assorted flower portraits of a number of plant varieties; and two portfolios of Butterfly and Insect macros.
Some of these sections are captioned and others are standard image galleries with only image titles.

With the exception of the Mountain Flowers page and the Butterflies and Insects sections,
the Gardens section contains the earliest galleries that are still remaining on this website.
They are the standard galleries, with smaller thumbnails and image titles without captions.

once the palatial estate of Henry Huntington, railroad magnate and collector.
The Huntington estate contains over 100 acres of themed gardens and
some truly spectacular collections of art, rare books and manuscripts.

The Mountain Wildflowers page displays images of wildflowers from Plaza Blanca near Abiquiu, NM
from Bandelier National Monument and some of the hiking trails in the Jemez Mountains, and some
wildflowers from Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon in southern Utah, along with supporting information.

The Insect Macros section contains 150 images of Bees, Flies, Dragonflies and Damselflies,
Katydids, Apache Cicadas, Ladybugs, Mantises, Spiders and other insects on two pages, with
detailed species information. An Overview page contains sample images from each section page.
